All orders are shipped duty-free from our warehouse in Bergen with Posten/Bring.

Mea Nani Jewellery prides itself on offering fast and personal customer service and follow-up. Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day.

You can choose between 3 delivery options:

  • Package with tracking delivered to your mailbox is free for purchases over 750 kroner. Shipping price for orders under this amount is NOK. 49,-

  • Package to pickup location with tracking. Shipping price NOK 79,-
    The package will be sent to your nearest delivery location. You will receive a notification when the shipment has arrived at the delivery location.

As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct address and telephone number when ordering. Packages delivered to a pickup location must be picked up within the pickup deadline.

Delivery area and delivery time
Please note that MEA NANI JEWELLERY only ships to addresses on the Norwegian mainland. Delivery time is normally 2-4 business days after the package has been sent from us. For packages to be sent to northern Norway, an extra day of delivery time must be expected.

During periods of high demand (e.g. Black Friday) the delivery time may be somewhat longer. Extreme weather conditions or unforeseen traffic incidents may also affect the delivery time. If you have not received your package within 12 days, you as the customer are responsible for contacting us so that we can track the package down with the carrier. If you do not inform us otherwise, the package will be considered delivered after 30 days.

Unclaimed packages
If you do not collect your package at the delivery location and the order is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 200. This fee is related to the additional costs you incur as a company with regard to return and administration. By remaining passive and not collecting the goods you have ordered, you will no longer meet the requirements imposed on you as a customer, according to Sections 11 and 13 of the Right of Withdrawal Act. You will then lose the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. When the order is returned to us as an uncollected package, your purchase will be credited. (minus the handling cost of NOK 200) and the goods will be put back in stock.
