Is there nickel in the jewelry you sell?
No. All our jewelry is lead and nickel free.
Is the jewelry water resistant?
Yes. All of our jewelry is made in such a way that it is protected against water and moisture. This helps the jewelry retain its shiny surface over time. But remember that even water-resistant jewelry can lose its beauty if you treat it incorrectly.
What materials are used for to make the jewelry?
The jewelry you find at Mea Nani is made from a variety of materials. Personally, we love gold-plated jewelry and jewelry made from pure stainless steel.
The jewelry you find at Mea Nani Jewellery is plated with 14k gold or 18k gold. (yellow gold, white gold or rose gold) This layer is also applied over gold-colored stainless steel jewelry, and the color of the jewelry is determined by the color of the gold coating. Stainless steel jewelry is made of 304 or 316L steel.
What types of jewelry should I choose?
It's entirely up to you. The main difference between our gold-plated jewelry and stainless steel jewelry is the material under the coating. Pure (silver-colored) stainless steel jewelry is robust, does not fade or oxidize. There is always a small chance that this can happen with gold-plated jewelry, but it primarily depends on how you treat it.
Can I continue to wear my jewelry while I play sports or sleep?
Our jewelry is of good quality to last a long time, and it can withstand a shower or a swim. Unusually hard use over time (e.g. by wearing the jewelry during weight training or constant exposure to chlorinated water) can contribute to the yellow coating wearing away and the jewelry discoloring by the underlying material shining through.
Do I need an account to order?
No accounts are required to order from MEA NANI JEWELLERY.
You simply add the items to your shopping cart and purchase by clicking the payment button.
Can I buy against invoice?
Yes. You can shop from MEA NANI JEWELLERY's website using Klarna's payment solution, which allows you to postpone and/or split your payment.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, only customers residing within mainland Norway can order goods from MEA NANI JEWELLERY.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders received before 4:00 PM will be processed within 24 hours (or the following business day if the order is received on a Saturday or Sunday). Delivery is usually within 2-4 days after the package has been dispatched. For packages to northern Norway, an additional day of delivery time must be expected. Extreme weather conditions or unforeseen traffic incidents may affect delivery times.
How can I track my order?
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a new email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment yourself on the Posten website. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email from us. You can also contact us at post@meanani.no if for some reason you do not receive your tracking number at all.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Package with tracking delivered to your mailbox is free for purchases over 750 kroner. Shipping price for orders under this amount is 49 kroner.
If you want your order delivered as a package with tracking to a pickup location, the fixed price for this option is 79 kroner.
Can I change or cancel an item from my order?
If you have already placed an order and you need to make a change BEFORE it is shipped, please contact us in the customer chat, as this will trigger a notification with us. Alternatively, you can send a message to the email address post@meanani.no. We will do our utmost to help you. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, you unfortunately cannot cancel. However, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Purchase Act. See information about this at the bottom of the website.
How can I exchange or return an item?
If you regret a purchase and want to return an item, please first contact us by email: post@meanani.no. You can also initiate a return by logging into your customer account if you have created one.
Important!
If you have shopped with Klarna, you must also log in to your Klarna account and register that you want to return. Klarna will then freeze your invoice until your return has been processed by us. For refunds, Klarna handles refunds.
If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, you will be sent a return label from us that you can print and stick on your package.
The shipment is then delivered to Posten. When using the right of withdrawal, you must be responsible for the return cost of NOK 49. This amount will be deducted from the total amount that will be refunded to you when we receive the shipment.
NOTE! The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons. Please be especially aware that the seal on piercing earrings cannot be broken if you are to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Exchange of goods
The same procedure as described above also applies if you would rather have another item. You return the package to us and place a new order in the online store.

I received a free gift from Mea Nani Jewellery with my order. Can I keep this even if I return the items I purchased?
No. If you regret your purchase and choose to return the products, you must also return any gift products that were included in the shipment. If you fail to return the gift product, we reserve the right to deduct the recommended retail price for this product from the amount returned to you.
What do I do if I have received the wrong item or there are defects in the item I have received?
All items are checked thoroughly before they are sent out from our warehouse. If you are still unlucky and the reason you want to return is that there are errors or defects, you should not return the item .
